Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Your company is optional. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, follow up on a topic or manage a conversation you have started with us. Please do not submit confidential customer records, contracts or sensitive personal information.
How messages are handled
Contact submissions are processed by Netlify, our website hosting and form service, on our behalf. They are stored in our form dashboard and sent to our enquiry inbox so we can review and respond to them. Replies are handled through our email service.
We do not sell contact information or add you to marketing mailing lists simply because you have sent a message.
Website hosting and spam protection
HTTPS encrypts information in transit between your browser and our live website. Netlify processes technical information, such as request and connection data, to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. Its form service also screens submissions for spam. We check email formatting and look up the domain’s public mail records to reduce invalid enquiries. These checks do not verify ownership of a mailbox or establish the identity of a company. Read more in Netlify’s privacy statement.
For email-domain checks, we use Google Public DNS over an encrypted connection. Only the domain after the @ sign is used in that lookup, not your full email address or message.
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish people from automated submissions. This service processes technical information about your browser, device and interaction with the form, and may use cookies. Google’s privacy policy and terms of service apply.
We do not use advertising or audience analytics tools on this website. The website’s own code does not save your form entries in browser storage. Fonts and other page assets are served with the website, apart from the reCAPTCHA service.
Keeping your information
We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, manage the conversation or meet applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Your questions and requests
You can ask about information you have submitted, request access or correction, or ask us to delete it. Please use the contact form and identify your message as a privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting and will explain if there is information we need to retain.
Links to other websites
Our resources link to external sources where they help explain a topic. Those websites handle information under their own privacy notices.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle website information changes.
